Mercy is a 10 year old primary three pupil from nakyere village, she stays with her grandparents. Before Bulamu Child support took her on, the grand parents were finding it hard to keep her in school as they could not afford the school fees. The family would oftenly go through the day without having any meal. She was attending Nakyere Primary School but oftenly chased back home for school fees  which  has slowed down her education years. However, because of the bulamu child support intervention, Mercy was transferred to a better school and has been in school now for a year without being chased back for school fees.
